Project Results:
Our team was able to increase the maintenance of intra-operative normothermia and achieve our SMART goal.
Reflection:
Our success was critically supported by our overall team communication through weekly meetings. We also had excellent data support. It was, however, challenging to balance regular responsibilities and this project.
Our advice to future improvers:
- This project was a great learning experience
- Get feedback from similar projects or those in prior cohorts. It’s critical to learn from others while iterating on interventions.
