We have witnessed sustained improvement far greater than the goal we set at the beginning of our project, which we credit to having implemented standard work and a technical solution that reduces EMR burden.
You read that right, we failed… if you define success with a SMART goal. While we may have fallen short of our quantitative target, we succeeded in generating valuable knowledge about our care delivery system.
