Advisory Committee
PURPOSE:
The Advisory Committee of the Stanford Medicine Center for Improvement is comprised of thought leaders internal and external to Stanford Medicine with expertise in clinical and administrative operations, improvement, change management, organizational behavior and leadership in complex systems. Their charge is to guide the Center leadership in shaping the Center’s Mission and Vision as well as advising on the setting and execution of Center priorities.
The Advisory Committee members provide external perspectives and reviews as well as advocacy and support for the Center’s programs, strategic direction, and overall objectives. The Committee convenes quarterly or as needed at the call of the chairpersons. Committee members serve a three-year term and may be reappointed. Terms are renewed in August, beginning in August 2022.
