Specialist Course in Improvement Science (SCIS)

PERFECT FOR:

“I want to be certified at the industry standard in improvement science and be able to coach project teams.”

WHAT IT IS:

Four month virtual course with the option to certify as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, the industry standard for improvement science professionals.

Advanced Course in Improvement Science (ACIS)

“I want to learn advanced concepts that prepare me to lead improvement programs at my organization.”

WHAT IT IS:

8-month course where Deming’s 4 domains of profound knowledge are taught and practiced among a classroom of advanced improvers.

Packard Quality Management System (PQMS) Foundations

PERFECT FOR:

“I want to learn how principles and methods that will enable me to improve daily operations.”

WHAT IT IS:

1-day course built to support a culture of continuous improvement.

PQMS for Champions: Leading through A3 Thinking

PERFECT FOR:

“I want to learn how to plan for the entire lifecycle of a an improvement effort.”

WHAT IT IS:

A 12-week course where Stanford Children’s Health’s approach to problem solving is taught and practiced through project-based learning.

PQMS For Champions: Leading with Daily Management Systems (DMS)

“I want to learn how to support operations and develop improvement capabilities in myself, team members, and colleagues.”

A 3-day course that enables leaders to leverage daily management systems to support improvement.
