ABOUT THE PROGRAM

PQMS for Champions: Leading with Daily Management Systems (DMS) is a 3-day course that enables people leaders and leaders of improvement to leverage the 12 key elements of DMS at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health to:

  • Support daily operations

  • Coach problem solving

  • Make progress towards goals

  • Development improvement capabilities in oneself, team members, other leaders and colleagues

  • Intermediate to Advanced

  • Required: PQMS Foundations

  • Virtual

  • 3 workdays (Tuesday – Thursday)
    9:30am – 4:30pm PT

  • No cost for Stanford Medicine participants*

    *Registered Nurse Continuing Education Units available. 12.25 hours. CE Fee: $190.59
