ABOUT THE PROGRAM
PQMS for Champions: Leading with Daily Management Systems (DMS) is a 3-day course that enables people leaders and leaders of improvement to leverage the 12 key elements of DMS at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health to:
Support daily operations
Coach problem solving
Make progress towards goals
Development improvement capabilities in oneself, team members, other leaders and colleagues
