Packard Quality Management System (PQMS) Foundations
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
PQMS Foundations introduces the foundational principles, mindset and methods that support Stanford Medicine Children’s Health’s culture of continuous improvement. This 1-day course for all team members teaches what PQMS is and how it enables people and teams to stabilize and improve daily operations through removing waste, solving problems, and developing people while making progress towards goals.
PQMS Foundation sis a prerequisite for the Champions Track.
