Testing Changes

This video teaches you about an effective way to test changes when doing iterative problem solving. After identifying problems using root cause analysis you follow the PDSA cycle with the following rules: fail fast, be friendly, and move forward while learning from failures.

PDSA cycle

  1. Plan- learn from others, other practices, lit review

  2. Do

  3. Study- review validity of changes

  4. Act- do it again
