Barbara Mayer

Dr. Barbara Mayer is the Executive Director of Professional Practice and Clinical Improvement for Stanford Health Care. A graduate of the University of San Diego with a PhD in Nursing, she has dedicated more than 20 years to ensuring the delivery of quality nursing care. In her current role, Dr. Mayer founded the Evidence-Based Practice Center, for which she serves as Director. The Evidence-Based Practice Center provides consultation, education, and tools designed to ensure safe, quality nursing practice that aligns with the best available evidence. Dr. Mayer is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Medicine, working closely with the Resident Safety Council and Unit-Based Medical Directors to identify opportunities for improvement. In addition to her roles with Stanford Health Care, Dr. Mayer has presented at national and international conferences on the topics of quality improvement and evidence-based care.

Lauren Fulton

I am a Creative Director and Designer with 10 years of experience. My true passion lies in helping small to medium size brands discover who they are, and how they can make an impact through design.

I work across a spectrum of mediums including UX design, web design, branding, packaging, and photography/illustration art direction. I work with start-ups and medium-sized brands from fashion to blockchain and beyond.
