Erin Ballard
Erin Ballard, Director of Digital Health Services at Stanford Medicine Children's Health. Erin is responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing digital health programs and services including Telehealth, eConsults, and Online Second opinions. Erin has brought her design thinking and product development expertise to improve and advance our patient- facing digital user experiences including the patient portal activation process. Erin comes from the consumer product and digital innovation space having had previous Roles with Procter & Gamble, BCG Digital Ventures, and Siemens Healthineers.
Tom McPherson
Tom McPherson is currently an Information Services Analyst with a focus on the patient and provider portals for access to electronic medical records. Prior to this, he was a Social Worker in the Division of Child Psychiatry at Stanford, with a focus on adolescent eating disorders and intake screening for service. He also served as a Director of Medical Records, as well being the Privacy and Compliance Officer at a non-profit children's services agency on campus. Educated and trained at the University of Pennsylvania, he began his affiliation with Stanford in 1984.
Nymisha Chilukuri
Nymisha Chilukuri is currently a clinical informatics fellow and a pediatric physician at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health. She completed her medical school, pediatric residency, and previous fellowship training in General Academic Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her operational and research interests are to use clinical informatics to improve access to equitable care for children in underserved communities.
